Time to book a Doctor’s Appointment!

Since the middle of November I haven’t been feeling on the top of my game, I’ve felt tired a lot of the time and I’ve been struggling to do the training I’ve needed to do. At first I thought I was over training, so I reduced my schedule down and had a week of yoga and weightlifting and I did more swimming and less running to try and give my body a chance to recover. I thought this would really help, but over Christmas it just got worse, I could hardly get out of bed and I was so lethargic. Which is really not like me; I’m normally full of energy!

I decided the most sensible thing to do was to get a Doctor’s appointment booked in and get to the bottom of what‘s wrong with me. I’ve got my appointment booked for January 12th as this was the earliest time they could see me.
