I’ve always tried to be healthy. I wanted to be making the right choices for me and my body and I generally thought I was doing ok. I would say I was pretty good about 80% of the time. I was making the healthy choices; salads, no fast foods, no fizzy drinks, no tea, no coffee, eating organic. 


Like everyone I have my weaknesses; them being chocolates and wine! I have an incredibly sweet tooth and love...

As you guys know I love my training, especially weightlifting. But I do suffer from aches after working out and really suffer with DOMS - Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness which is not very nice!!
