I’d heard about this awesome conference all the The Next Web (TNW) Conference which was going to be held in Amsterdam. The line up of speakers looked brilliant and I’ve always loved going to conferences!! Great people, awesome atmosphere, the ability to learn new information and to network with people from all over the world!
I’ve finished the MDS, I’m writing the book about it, which is actually going really well, I’ve written over 20,000 words and I think my progress will be quick. I’d love for the book to come out on the 1st August. That’s the date I’m working towards anyway....
The podcast is ticking along really well. I’ve got incredible guests coming on to share their stories.
It’s been about a month since I completed the Marathon des Sables and to be honest, I just feel a little bit down. I’ve worked so hard, for what seemed like so long to get to the race and then before I could even blink it was over.
I’m now back in the UK, back at home, as though it never happened.

All of the women are very different and the challenges vary a huge amount. What I’ve found to be a common factor is the desire and the passion behind these goals. They really want to do what they’re doing which is so important for anything you do in life.
