They will take about 10 mins to make and you’ll have about 3 medium sized pancakes. I normally have two for breakfast and keep the third one for a snack later on in the day.

Ingredients

2 scoops of Protein Powder - I use PHD Whey Protein

1 teaspoon of Glutamine Powder

Splash of Almond Milk

2 Eggs - Go organic if you can!

Knob of butter

Utensils

Jug

Fork

Teaspoon

Frying pan

Spatula

Plate

Knife & fork

To Serve

Strawberries, raspberries and blueberries

Honey

Method

Add two scoops of protein powder, teaspoon of glutamine powder, the two eggs and mix together, now add the almond milk until the batter is runnier and there are no lumps in it. You want the mixture consistency to be thick, but so you can pour it easily from the jug into the frying pan.

Heat up a frying pan and add a small knob of butter, once this has melted, pour enough of the mixture to cover the bottom of the pan, keep this over a medium heat.

While it cooks you will start to see small bubbles popping in the mixture around the outside. Use a spatula to flip the pancake over. Give it a few mins to cook and then, tip out onto a plate. You want it to be a golden brown. You can warm the plate if you wish!

Add a bit more butter to the pan and cook the second pancake exactly as you cooked the first. Once you’ve done this and added it to your plate. Its time to serve up. I normally add fresh fruit and a dash of honey!
