It’s the 2nd October and it’s time to leave Porto!
I’ve loved having a rest day here. I got to explore more of the city and see the sites.
Porto is a fantastic city and if you haven’t been well worth adding to your list - it would be perfect for a city break!
One of my favourite things was taking the cable car (€6 euro one way - €9 return) from the river and heading up.
At the top you then have the option of walking back across the bridge - towards Porto and the city centre. The walk also has stunning views of the city and the river. Well worth doing!

👉Cicerone has also got an awesome guide book about hiking the Camino Portugués which was written by Kat Davies @followingthearrows
