    November Training Update

My training in October had gone really well and I was pleased with the balance I’d managed to get between weight-lifting, boxing, running and walking. Since then, I’d been doing more reading about the MdS and one of the things I noticed was everyone saying how much more walking you end up doing than you expect. It can be harder to walk longer distances than to run them, for example to run ten miles it may take you one hour forty, to walk ten miles it could take you two hours
