The Benefits of Epsom Salts
As you guys know I love my training, especially weightlifting. But I do suffer from aches after working out and really suffer with DOMS - Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness which is not very nice!! A friend mentioned that I should try Epsom Salts and having a good long soak in the bath. I though why not!
