Since the middle of November I haven’t been feeling on the top of my game, I’ve felt tired a lot of the time and I’ve been struggling to do the training I’ve needed to do. At first I thought I was over training, so I reduced my schedule down and had a week of yoga and weightlifting and I did more swimming and less running to try and give my body a chance to recover.
