February has been a good month for rest and recovery as I’ve had eighteen days where I haven’t done anything which is a good thing as I do need to give my body a chance to get better. I do struggle with this as I love working out and going to the gym.
It is disappointing to see how few hours of training I’m now doing, especially when I compare it back to November.

For me, the focus is on getting back to full strength and not losing all of my fitness.
