In order to live an extraordinary quality of life, Tony Robbins talked about the need to master two skills. The Science of Achievement and the Art of Fulfilment. In this blog post I look at both in more detail.
When I first heard Tony talking about this, the main thought I had was this is so true and I believe in this 100%. It reminded me of, The Secret and The Law of Attraction.
The Secret is a book written by Rhonda Byrne. If you haven't heard of it before or read it, I would highly recommend it!

The Great Secret of Life is the law of attraction
The law of attraction says like attracts like, so when you think a thought, you are also attracting like throughs to you
Thoughts are magnetic, and thoughts have a frequency. As you think thoughts, they are sent out into the Universe, and they magnetically attract all like things that are on the same frequency. Everything sent out returns to the source - you.
You are like a human transmission tower, transmitting a frequency with your thoughts. If you want to change anything in you life, change the frequency by changing your thoughts.
Your current thoughts are creating your future life. What you think about the most or focus on the most will appear as your life.
Thoughts become things.
This says to me whatever you spend your time thinking about, “envisioning in life”, you’ll end up making real.
The results you see at the moment in your life and lifestyle will be a reflection of your previous thoughts.
For example are you a positive or negative person? Do you go through life with a certain outlook? Do you think everyone you meet is lovely and kind and wants to help you? Or do you go though life thinking everyone’s a crook and trying to con you? Whichever you think is true, will be true for you.
The Science of Achievement is about producing results. In order to produce those results you need to know specifically what it is you want.
Once you know and have a clear and detailed vision you’re in control of making it happen.
It doesn't happen straight away, which is probably a good thing. It can take time for the results to show. But it will happen. I always love it when I find an old piece of paper were I'd written down goals from a few years ago about what I wanted to achieve in the future and nine times out of ten, those goals have come true!
So what can you do now?
I would recommend you sit down and write down your SMART goals and put them somewhere you can see them everyday. You could write your goals on post it notes and put them on your mirror. You could create your own personal vision board and have it on the wall. Have some sort of visual reminder of the results you want to see in the future, look at it every and think about it everyday and take action to make your thoughts come true.
You’re the only one that's going to make it happen.
You’re the one that’s going to turn your thoughts into reality.
The first starting point is always with you.
Try it and see - What do you really want to make happen?
