Highlights - started the day with an amazing breakfast fluffy pancakes crispy bacon and maple syrup šŸ˜‹.

There was some good long downhill descents and flat ground which I was able to cover really quickly.

Getting to stay at a very nice hotel. It helped with the motivation when walking as I wanted to get there ASAP!

Challenges - The farmers fields started to get a little frustrating especially when there wasn’t a sign indicating which direction to go so you ended up walking around the fields trying to find the correct route!

Challenges - Feeling really tired and fatigued this morning was such a struggle to leave the hotel and get walking. I think it’s because it’s the end of my period 🩸. As I was well fed, well rested and well hydrated. Randomly did an interview while in the hills with @muchbetteradventures talking about periods.
